Account Deletion – Moodster
Users can delete their Moodster account directly inside the app.
Steps:
When an account is deleted: • The user profile is permanently removed • Uploaded posts and media are deleted • Messages are deleted • Associated account data is removed from our servers
Some data may remain temporarily in secure backups for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Moodster Child Safety Standards
Moodster has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We strictly prohibit: • Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts • Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate interactions with minors • Sharing or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Enforcement: • Content is monitored using automated systems and manual review • Violations result in immediate removal and permanent account bans
Reporting: • Users can report content or accounts directly within the app • Reports are reviewed promptly
Legal compliance: • We comply with all applicable child safety laws • We report confirmed illegal content to relevant authorities when required
